Shandong Zhuyou Lubrication Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in the production and sales of lubricants and base oils. Its predecessor, Zhoucun Runba Special Oil Factory, was founded on April 20, 1999. It started with 6 people and 2 small bungalows, covering an area of 1000 square meters. After 20 years of arduous entrepreneurship, it has developed from poverty to over 100 employees, covering an area of 36888 square meters, with an annual turnover of over 100 million yuan.

The company has successively passed ISO:2015 international quality system certification and ISO:2015 international environmental system certification, and is a contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise in Shandong Province. It has been awarded the Shandong Province Famous Trademark and Shandong Province Famous Brand Product. The "Zhuyou" brand lubricant has been rated as one of the "Top 10 Consumer Trusted Products", "Top 10 Energy saving and Environmental Protection Awards", "Most Influential Marketing Brand" by the China Lubricants Association, and has been listed on CCTV's list of brands.

The company currently has 87 basic oil tanks, 89 finished oil tanks, and 44 blending kettles ranging from 3 tons to 18 tons, with a total storage capacity of over 20000 tons and an annual production capacity of more than 100000 tons. There are 16 sets of 1-200 liter filling production lines, covering more than 300 varieties of various vehicle oils, industrial, engineering machinery oils, special equipment and process oils, which can be customized according to customer needs.

As a national high-tech enterprise, the company has always focused on scientific and technological research and development, product innovation, actively adjusted its structure and transformation methods, eliminated outdated production processes and equipment, upgraded its products, emphasized brand effects, achieved quality and efficiency improvement, and comprehensively completed transformation and upgrading. Obtained 4 national invention patents, 5 utility model patents, and 2 design patents. The high-performance metal/ceramic nanocomposite self-healing agent jointly developed with Nanjing University of Technology has won the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium sized Enterprises. The product technology has reached domestic leading and international advanced levels, and has been listed as a major energy-saving project by the Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Energy Conservation Office of the Provincial People's Government. It has also won the Zibo Municipal Government Excellent Achievement Award, the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, and the First Prize for Industry University Research Innovation in Private Enterprises in Shandong Province.

Three research and development centers have been established successively:

1、 Jointly established the "Energy saving and Low carbon Lubricant and Nanomaterial Technology Research and Development Center" with Shandong University of Technology;

2、 The "Zibo High tech Research and Development Center for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" approved by the Zibo Small and Medium sized Enterprise Bureau;

3、 Approved by the Science and Technology Bureau of Zibo City, the Zibo Lubrication Self Repair Material Engineering Technology Research and Development Center.

Shandong Zhuyou is a technology-based enterprise in Zibo City and also a lubricant intellectual property protection workstation in Wenchang Lake Provincial Tourism Resort.
